This premium Ventoux is a blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes harvested on the foothills of legendary Mount Ventoux benefiting from optimal sunshine.
Aged in vats for 12 months, this elegant wine offers a very expressive nose of black fruits with notes of oriental spices and pepper. Its mouth is fruity, unctuous with soft tannins and delicate peppery notes.
This wine is excellent to accompany any dish of grilled or roasted meat, strong cheese and spicy cuisine.
