Mas de Martin
Nestled in a protected natural area located at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup, the estate Mas de Martin is made up of 250 ha of wild scrubland which hosts 300 beehives and encircles 20 ha of vines aged 30 to 80 years and 1,000 olive trees. The buildings date, for the oldest part from the 12th century and the wine cellar is housed in an old 1880 building.
The unique geographical situation of the estate offers cool nights which allows the vines to rest better at night and benefit from beautiful sunshine during the day. The vineyard has the particularity of offering a very qualitative average yield of 35 hl/ha. These factors added to the exceptional qualities of stony soils (sandstone) offer ideal conditions for obtaining optimum ripeness and aromatic freshness.

Grès de Montpellier
Ultreïa 2016
An amazing blend of 50- to 70-year-old Syrah and Grenache vines carefully hand harvested. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 18 months in oak barrel, Ultreïa is a "wine of custody". Its robe shines an intense garnet color and its mouth delivers a spellbinding bouquet of jammy aromas of black fruits and sweet spices. Frank and creamy, the attack is followed by an explosion of fruits. The smooth tannins reveal a feeling of fullness invaded by a gourmet and tasty round finish.
A pure pleasure.
This cuvée is to be enjoyed after being decanted half hour or more with roasted and grilled beef or game meat.

A cuvée that announces its powerful ambition from the start while preserving great elegance and a beautiful freshness. The flavors of red and black berries deliver generously, all supported by partially melted tannins. Long liquorice and fragrant finish.
A wine with great personality.
This vintage is ready to enjoy now but can be kept three to five years in a good cellar. To be enjoyed with grilled meats and dark chocolate desserts.
