Mas de Martin
Nestled in a protected natural area located at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup, the estate Mas de Martin is made up of 250 ha of wild scrubland which hosts 300 beehives and encircles 20 ha of vines ...
An amazing blend of 50- to 70-year-old Syrah and Grenache vines carefully hand harvested. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 18 months in oak barrel, Ultreïa is a "wine of custody". Its robe shines an intense garnet color and its mouth delivers a spellbinding bouquet of jammy aromas of black fruits and sweet spices. Frank and creamy, the attack is followed by an explosion of fruits. The smooth tannins reveal a feeling of fullness invaded by a gourmet and tasty round finish.
A pure pleasure.
This cuvée is to be enjoyed after being decanted half hour or more with roasted and grilled beef or game meat.
