Domaine Diminoit
The 30 hectare estate is located between Nîmes and Arles, on the Costières plateau. Here 14 Mediterranean grape varieties have found perfect conditions to flourish on this beautiful so...
The 3 varieties are harvested at night and gently pressed in order to keep freshness and acidity. After 48 hours cold settling, the clear juice is fermented during two weeks in stainless steel vat under temperature control. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped by sterile filtration early enough to keep a naturally high sugar level, giving this white moelleux cuvée its characteristic fruitiness.
A semi-sweet and fruity wine to enjoy in its youth, spicy exotic and Asian food, blue cheese and chocolate dessert.
